About Two Ponds Aviary

At Two Ponds Aviary, we work hard to breed

the best parrotlets we can. We are a small breeder based in Shaftsbury, Vermont. We specialize in Pacific, or also known as Celestial parrotlets. Indigo and Zoro are our breeding pair and they do a wonderful parenting job and love all of their babies. Indigo is blue and Zoro is yellow, as you can see in the pictures above. We absolutely love these little pocket sized birds! We always value quality over quantity, and we do what we do for enjoyment, not for money. 

 

Why we chose parrotlets

 

Parrotlets are smart like many of the larger parrot breeds, with the convenience of being small like a parakeet! When we got our first parrotlet, we instantly fell in love. These birds are unique and different from any other parrot, and are packed with so much fun, love, and entertainment! We love sharing awareness about parrotlets as pets, and showing others the love that these birds have to offer. We hand raise each of our parrotlets untill they are ready to go to their forever homes, which is 6-8 weeks, depending on the individual baby's needs, so they are healthy and happy. We love our parrotlets and make sure they are healthy when they come to you.
